Purchased a one-month subsription and installed their software. There were ONLY 100 questions in the pool of questions. I demanded at least 500 and they responded with 'These are the questions on the most recent exam. I said that I was unhappy and wanted out. They threatened that I would owe them for a minimum of three months. However, my subscription clearly states that I only bought a ONE month trial.

I subscribed in brain dumps to write my VCP certification, but many of the questions are outdated and i failed in the exam, as per their money back guarantee, i asked them for the refund, but they told i cannot get the refund. It is a big cheating business they are doing, there are other websites which are genuine and i cleared with one of them. The customer service is worst and they told it will take 4 weeks for them to investigate and no response from them, when i reminded them about the mail, i got a mail telling that i cannot get the refund back. Please don't buy from brain dumps and get cheated.

I have been deducted $40 from Braindumps for 3 subsequent months without notified me. Also dumps were not valid for Arista and Palo Alto Exams where 20-30% questions were part of Exams and remain out of. While sending an email about my concern they not at respond me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ When I placed my order at 11th Feb 2018, you as seller did not tell me my account would be debited during every month and also you promised me that subscription with charges is applicable only for a month which I made an agreement. While renew a subscription you weren’t notify me over registered email and text over mobile. It’s very hard and frustrated me and loses your reputation by professionals. My subscription. Even though, it’s completely unsatisfied me that, dumps didn’t help me out to pass the exam where 30-40% questions from dumps and remains were out of dumps so I got failed and raised complaint about my concern via ticket-DLW-978-2**** but didn’t receive any proper response as you fraud and made wrong commitment as said 100% guarantee to pass the exam, if not amount would give back. Is it making any sense? Enclosed my subscription confirmation email along with where never mentioned anything about renewal plan I haven’t logged in braindumps portal for past 2 months and didn’t download any exams and not utilize Today, I have been noticed via debited amount from my credit card that my subscription is renewed until 11th may,2018, but I don’t want anymore. I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me to get my money back. If you won’t respond my concern and not interest to credit back my amount, then I’ll make a complaint against you as Dispute Fraudulent Bank Transaction by unauthorized source. -----------------------------------------------------------

I used braindumps.com for assistance in taking my network+ N10-006 test. I failed because not even 10% of the questions on the test were covered in the braindumps study materials. I was told that they would update the questions within 4 weeks. I was told this several times. They kept taking payments off my credit card (for two additional months). I disputed the charges and the bank refunded my money (as braindumps refused to abide by their published 100% guarantee). When I tried to use the 100% guarantee, I was denied. I followed the rules to get a refund to the letter, and still, denied. No reason was given except "we can't give you a refund" http://www.braindumps.com/guarantee.htm Total scam. Do not use braindumps.com. They do not have the information they say they do and they will not honor their published guarantee.

Pure scam, no money back, not reliable Regarding Riverbed RCSA-W Exam

Hi Please avoid to purchase the Brain Dumps Riverbed RCSA-W exam. I had purchased the Riverbed RCSA-W exam dumps with Braindumps and I got failed. No single question is from Brain dumps exam dumps. I had approach Brain Dumps and take so many follow up regarding new exam and they told me that they have uploaded the new exam dump and charge it again. I had again give the exam but not a single question again. Braindumps have again asked me for they have uploaded the dumps but I have not found a single question with new dumps as well for Riverbed RCSA-W exam. Braindump all most charge me for 3 time.

Bought the dump and took the exam and it only contained 3 questions out of 199. When asked for refund, they did not reply. They just stayed silent. What a bunch of ***... I hope nobody ever uses them. They have this minimum 3 months use or they will charge you more to cancel and also they don't guarantee most of their products. Why? Because it is a bunch of scam. Most people come to purchase braindumps because they are desperate to pass and that’s how they get you. Please do not purchase products from them. Please avoid them if you can.

Braindumps only care about looting money. They claim accurate and updated questions on their tests but this is a lie. And when you raise the issue that only 2 of their questions appeared on the actual test, they say, you should have taken more time to study their (inaccurate & insufficient) material. They were never known for their customer service. But their most important asset, their products, are outdated and inaccurate. I reviewed a dozen of their exams, and it seemed like they got their hands on the old exams from other sites around the web once they became obsolete. Avoid Braindumps! Go with anything else.

Braindumps.com advertises the practice exam that they don't have. When I ask for a full refund after one day of subscription, they only offer a partial refund. What a scam. I'm not a fast typist. So I'll end the complain here.
